1. SALE products are final purchase.

2. No money refunds as well as shipping and handling charges for returns WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION .

3. Returns of products with FACTORY DEFECTS must be sent by USPS, in order for your shipment to be credited. Otherwise shipping costs will not be recognized)

4. Products that have not been treated in accordance with the care instructions described in the garment will not be exchanged, nor will money be refunded, under any circumstances. Each of our garments are designed for a specific size, no damage is recognized for forcing them.

5. Due to sanitary regulations, we do not accept any changes in underwear such as: girdles, reducing bodies, blouse bodies, boxers.

6. Changes are only allowed for line items (WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION) within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days after the purchase, all line items will have a charge for relocation of the product ( Restocking Fee) of 10% EXTRA on the purchase price.

7. When the article presents odors, its packaging and labels have been used, mistreated and damaged. They will have an EXTRA RESTOCKING FEE of 15% on the purchase price.

8. We do not grant monetary returns, credits to credit cards or any type of financial return.

9. The company is not responsible for health problems or allergies that may be caused by the use of these products .

If the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect and you have complied with all the care and washing recommendations, please fill out the returns form on the website or call our call center and speak to one of our sales advisors.

PRODUCTS WITH FACTORY DEFECT: Refers to damaged zippers, studs, sewing defects, detached shoes. Our guarantee does not cover the fall of appliqués, stones or brilliants.

WARRANTY TIME LIMIT FOR PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURE DEFECTS: It is a period of 30 days to make claims for defective products, after purchasing the merchandise. The guarantee is only valid on presentation of the corresponding invoice.



We use ground transportation with the companies UPS and in special cases USPS .

Special cases only include shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada or PO BOX.

- UPS ground: It is a standard shipment for the United States with an estimated duration of 3 to 7 business days depending on the state and city where you are.

- UPS Next Day Air: You must first contact a consultant to request this option.

 

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the system and depends on the delivery address.

Free shipping is exclusive within the Continental United States, depending on the promotion of the day and does NOT apply to customers who have credits for returns.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery with signature required. Whichever shipping choice you make, you will be provided with a link to track your package online. Please note that you will receive the package on business days, excluding Saturdays and holidays

We will do our best to dispatch the package the day after the order is created. If there are any issues with payment validation or product availability, we will contact you immediately to let you know. Once the payment has been authorized and verified, your order will take 1 day to process.

 

IS MY ORDER TOTAL TAX FREE?

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Handling charges are fixed, while transportation rates vary according to the total weight of the shipment. Before the package is shipped, special care will be taken to protect fragile items.

DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE PERSONALLY?

For security, all packages are sent with a signature required as a protection method to avoid losses. However, it is not necessary for you to be present, a person over the age of 21 can receive it.

UPS MADE THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT, WHAT CAN I DO?

UPS makes 3 delivery attempts at the stipulated address.

In case the 3rd attempt, the recipient is not available. The package will be retained at the UPS offices for 3-4 days. Time that the client has to schedule a collection and pick up the merchandise. If after 4 days, there was no response, the products will be returned to the warehouse and the customer must pay the shipping cost involved in putting the package back into transit.

We recommend:

- Leaving a person over 21 years of age in charge of receiving the package.

- In case of registering an address of a relative or the workplace, correctly enter the data and information of the recipient.

- Continuously check the tracking number
